Q1: I cannot uninstall BerryVine Sweeper.

A1:  To uninstall BerryVine Sweeper go to the "C:\Program Files\RSIC\BerryVine Sweeper 1.XX\" directory on the PC you installed the application from. There you will find a "bb_uninstall.bat" uninstall batch file. Run it while your BlackBerry is connected to your PC/Laptop. After this BerryVine Sweeper is deleted from the device.
