Q1: Connection errors when i try to load a feed.
A1: To be able to load a rss feed it is required to have Direct TCP connectivity. So you either need a BES or Direct TCP from your carrier. If you have RIM OS 3.8 or higher, you can setup Direct TCP by going to Options -> TCP of your BlackBerry. There you will find the fields APN, Username and Password. Contact your carrier to find out these details.

Q2: I cannot paste text into the add rss feed window.
A2: To paste in a field you can use the shift wheelclick method. Below there are a few Blackberry tips:
- Press ALT and click the track-wheel to enter selection mode. Hold SHIFT and roll the track-wheel to select a character. Roll the track-wheel to select the line of text.
- In selection mode, press ALT and click the track-wheel to copy the selected text or character.
- Press ESC to exit selection mode.
- Press SHIFT and click the track-wheel to paste the selection.
- Press SHIFT + BACKSPACE to cut selected text.
Q3: I cannot uninstall the BerryVine RSS Reader.
A3: To uninstall BerryVine RSS Reader go to the "C:\Program Files\RSIC\BerryVine RSS Reader 1.XX\" directory on the PC you installed the application from. There you will find a "bvrss_uninstall.bat" uninstall batch file. Run it while your BlackBerry is connected to your PC/Laptop. After this BerryVine RSS Reader is deleted from the device.
